Award-winning waste operator becomes 1st to process washroom waste into SRF
Award-winning Derby-based Go 4 Greener will become the first to process washroom waste with Advetec technology.
The commercial waste management and recycling organisation specialises in providing complete, independent waste solutions to businesses throughout the East Midlands and the rest of the UK.
The company has signed an eight-year contract with biotechnology business Advetec to convert offensive washroom waste into Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF), supporting its bid to send zero waste to landfill, transition to a circular economy and help customers with their ESG goals.
Long-term contract agreed
We have agreed a long-term contract with Max Recycle to provide an Advetec XO22 system to their site in Houghton Le Spring.
The machine will process trade waste from over 3,000 local businesses every day.
Max Recycle will benefit from our offtake network, reducing its cost and decarbonising local economy at the same time.
Future-proofing waste business
The independent waste handler from South West England, J Witt Waste Recycling, will soon be installing XO22 on their site in Coleford.
Our solution will manage and reduce waste across more than 1,000 local businesses in Bath, Bristol, Somerset and Mendip.
This long-term contract allows J Witt to be 100% circular.
